Forced to spend money

I discovered that the bank is taking 30 each month for loyalty programme called greenbacks, I don't understand how my bank enrol me without my knowledge, continue to take my money even after I informed them I don't want to be on the programme, I'm forced to spend money in the name of getting points to spend money even more, please help I'm frustrated. My reference is: ***3 all I want is a refund of my money I made it clear to more than 2 consultant that I rather fortified the points earned.
