Forced to sign for Nedbank insurance

I recently took out a personal loan with Nedbank. They requested a death benefit policy which I had for more than a year with Old Mutual. Apparently the personal loan department declined the policy, lowered my loan amount and forced me to take the Nedbank policy. And according the loan contract the consumer understand the you, the bank, require that I maintain a credit life policy during the term of this agreement. I know that I have the CHOICE TO ARRANGE THE POLICY OR HAVE YOU ARRANGE THE POLICY ON MY BEHALF. I however did not ask Nedbank to arrange the policy on my behalf!!!!!! This Old Mutual policy was approved on my previous loan, and now all of a sudden they declined the policy. According the South African Consumer service bodies: The consumer have the right to a variety of products and goods that are competitively priced and the consumer has the right to be given all the information they need about the product or services. In this transaction they didn't give me any option. I was told that I \must"take the Nedbank policy. This type of service disgust me. """
