Forced into a double payment

My Salary has been paid in late by my company for the past 4 months now, so Nedbank is telling me that If I want to change my debit order to the 7th of each month I will be debited twice in one month??? So let me ask then if my debit order for the payment of my loan goes off on the first of July it means I paid for the month of June on the 1st of July???? So why must I then pay on the 7th of July FOR July!!!!! Should I not pay for July on the 7th of August, the 7th of September for August and so forth!!!!????? It is absolutely ridiculous that a bank can double debit a person like this and just get away with it!!!!!! This is the only institution may I add that works like this, all the other creditors work on the logical basis of changing the date without being debited TWICE in one moth, who can afford that!!!??? So I am FORCED to stay on that date even when my salary is paid in late and my credit score goes down the drain. And they don’t get their money on time!!! Does that make sense to anyone??????????????????
