For a first time customer...im not impressed

15/11/2017 around 12:00 I went to nedbank at Chrishani mall in vosloorus to deposit cash NOT KNOWING that I can deposit outside as im not banking with nedbank, when i walked in that place it was full of people waiting for their numbers to be called then here I was standing in a que to deposit, u know what I ended upon standing for 45 minutes the que is getting larger and larger and there's only one teller assisting and the rest they just carrying on as if nothing is happening untill I asked for the manager (Anna masango) she was not around she went out apparently they lady who is standing in for her ( Tebogo) was busy assisting customers behind the counter not noticing what's going on untill the stuff member I spoke to told her then that's when the action happened , now we were getting assistance even from the security, to top it all the teller who helped me wasn't smilling, ddnt greet me she just asked my why ddnt I go outside..? With attitude

really not happy with the service I got I wish you guys can adopt the system from fnb rating the service from the specific teller really helps.
