FOLLOW-UP / FEEDBACK

Good Day,

I have now called twice to follow-up on a limit increase offer that was OFFERED TO ME.

Today I was promised by the Consultant that someone will call me back as Credit Card department was not picking up their phones.

I have not received any phone call. Quite disappointing for a Platinum Customer.
