FNB tops in responce to client query-Nedbank sucks

About the same day I received an SMS from both FNB (I am not a client of theirs) and Nedbank of which I am a client. The FNB SMS thanked me for opening an account (which I did not do) while the nedbank (of which bank I am a client) SMS advised me that my cell phone number had been replaced with a new one (I never requested them (Nedbank) to change my cell no. Via both banks' online websites I advised them via e-mail of their errors as well as the seriousness of their errors. FNB responded the same day and followed up twice to correct their error, with a third call from Anette Botha, in absolute brilliant fashion, to ensure all was well. Well done FNB. Errors do occur, but are not often owed up or corrected in fair time (except for FNB). I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY OWN BANK (NEDBANK) TO CONTACT ME (ABOUT THREE WEEKS AFTER THE INCIDENT) AND HAD TO RESORT TO PERSONALLY CALL ON A BRANCH, AT MY OWN EXPENSE, TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR. FOR THE EXTRAVAGANT FEES NEDBANK CHARGES ONE WOULD AT LEAST EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. Maybe Nedbank can take courses from FNB on how to respond to client needs?
