Flagged missed payment after manually paying 5 days later.

Nedbank, explain this to me and the rest of South Africa. My debitnordernformmy credit card payment bounced on the 15th of August. I manually made the payment after notifying you and promised to do a manual payment which I did 5 business day later at around the 24th of August but yet you flag me for a missed payment which brought down my credit score. If I need to approach the ombudsman, please let me know as I expect you to remove the flag asap.
