Fix it URGENTLY

I explicitly asked for the GreenBucks benefit to be terminated and my initial request was not processed. I asked again after the monthly fee went off my account. I was reassured the fee would be reversed and Greenbucks cancelled. I checked my account recently and although terminated, there was a deduction. No fees have been reversed to date. I have logged a 3rd request. Now I am receiving an sms saying my account is overdrawn when in fact its your service failure continuous deductions. You are messing with my bond account!!! ***
