Fix it or it's bye-bye green bird

When I initially called on the 01/06/2023 to query the non-allocation of my Greenbacks, the consultant seemed to understand my predicament perfectly. Reference number ***0 was provided. Then, I called again today (07/06/2023) to follow-up on my query, I terminated the call out of sheer frustration. I've already explained the problem once and I have a reference/incident number. When I'm asked to detail the issue again, I become annoyed. So, I'm going to type this out for you, really slowly this time and if I ever have to explain the situation again, I will simply close my accounts with Nedbank. Easy as that! Before I app**** for my American Express Charge Card, I already had a Greenbacks account. My EXISTING GREENBACKS ACCOUNT NUMBER IS: ***. Then, when my American Express Charge Card was delivered, an American Express Membership Rewards Card was delivered AT THE SAME TIME. The AMEX Membership Rewards Card number is ***. The problem is, you, NEDBANK, are NOT allocating my points earned with American Express Charge Card 3770 ****** ***51 to my Greenbacks account. WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH MY GREENBACKS WHICH I EARN WHEN I USE MY AMEX CHARGE CARD????????? Furthermore, I cannot use my American Express Membership Rewards Card either. When I attempt to view my balance at an ATM, a "Please contact your branch" message is returned. Furthermore, Rewards Card 3771 ****** **384 does NOT appear on my Money App and neither on Internet Banking. WHY CAN I NOT VIEW THIS AMEX MEMBERSHIP REWARDS CARD ON THE MONEY APP OR ONLINE BANKING???? What are you doing??? Lastly, The American Express BALANCE on the Money App is being displayed as a hyphen and on Online Banking, the available balance is displayed as ZERO. So now that I have explained this as best I can, you have ONE WEEK to fix this. I refuse to pay a service fee of R400 a month for this kind of service. If this is not rectified soon, it's bye-bye green bird. I do NOT tolerate shoddy customer service that comes at a hefty price.
