First Threat SMS from Nedbank after the account has been closed to a call center from HELL called Natasia Geluk

So I did my last payment last month and for some strange reason I started receiving threats messages from NDCRS (Nedbank's retail recovery department).

Today I called the Nedbank legal recovery center and got hold of a very rude call centre agent by the name of Natasia Geluk. She speaks like she is sitting is the toilet.

Nedbank clearly you are the worst if I could be receiving threat SMS's after my final payment to getting hold of a angry child like Natasia, I will never dream of using you as a bank ever again. People stop using Nedbank, what a horrific bank.
