First bond installment date

HI
I recently purchased a house with a Nedbank .
I was told by the developer that it would take 2 month to register the bond, after a long wait more than 2 month the bond was registered on the 30 October 2015.

I called the Nedbank call center to find out when is my first bond installment will be. I was advised that because the registration by the lawyers only finalized eventually on the 30 October 2015 that nedbank will debit me on the end of the next month being end of November.

where i'm staying i need to serve a 30 day notice to obtain my deposit. However this means i have less than 30 days to serve my notice as the bond notification was on the 30th Oct and my first installment is 28th Nov.
I don't think this is fair at all because i will forfeit my notice as I still need to pay the last rental end of this month plus a bond.

I dont see how a bank can work on a basis as from the date of registration to the first installment at the end of the following month.
If my registration finalised on the 1 Nov i would have close to 2 months have my first installment being 28th December.I dont want to be in areas its not an option. can someone help my bond to installment date to dec ?
