Finding it impossible to have my credit card closed.

It's so annoying how I paid up my credit card in December and called over 4 times to have it shut down. Every month I still receive a statement like the account is still open regardless of everyone assuring me it's closed and claiming to escalate the matter.

Every month I call them. same false feedback and today I get another statement again.

I want this account closed with the closed up letter I was promised. This shouldn't be rocket science.
