Finance Charges and Fees with funny descriptions

Hi,

Can nedbank explain to me these Finance Charges being deducted from my credit card, and also there are fees with funny descriptions that are always deducted that I know nothing about and they are not on the Fee schedule... I've lodged a complaint about this and nothing has been done.
