On the 17 May 2024 I settled my home loan and struggled to get the paid up letter being sent from Pillar to post until I spoke to Phumlani Mthembu a team leader who did everything in his power to ensure that I get the letter He sent me the letter within 20 minutes of our conversation when I was struggling since the 20 may he emailed me the letter on the same day of our engagement on the 24 may 2024
