FICA with Nedbank

I FICAd all accounts, once again, in November 2015.

Got a notice from Nedbank in January to tell me that my accounts were not FICAd. Once again we went to the bank and did the FICA, AGAIN.

In March our accounts were blocked, and it left me standing in P&P with a full trolley of groceries which I was unable to pay for because of a blocked account. Very embarrasing.

It took me over 3 hours at Nedbank and was told that they can not understand what the problem was seeing that I already FICAd twice. 8 hours later and the accounts were unblocked after going through the whole FICA process again. I was then promised that it won't happen again.

On Friday, once again in P&P, again with a trolley of groceries, accounts were blocked again as a result of our FICA not being done by Nedbank.

This time at the branch I was told that the last time we FICAd was in 2014 and now I have to bring proof of income before they will unblock our account.

This is the treatment that we get after being clients for 30 + years.

We have had enough and think that it is totally NOT ACCEPTABLE.
