FICA update/ frozen account

Nedbank froze my account since I didn't submit/ renew FICA after they have given me enough time to do so - my bad.

But.... now that I have submitted FICA it has taken more then 2 weeks for the banker to acknowledge receipt of the documents and follow ups every few days to get an update (3 weeks later). So frustrating, I'm staying overseas and they just don't give a hoot.
