FICA update.

My account has been blocked since last week Wednesday on the 8th because of the FICA update. Firstly I didn’t receive any prior communication to update anything,then my account got blocked.I took note that something was wrong with my account and went to the the sandton city / Nelson Mandela branch to sort this out.I provided what was needed and was told to wait 48hrs…it’s been days now and no one is helping with this,at the branch yesterday I was told about someone that is absent from work hence the delay…I then asked to speak to the branch manager, and I was told she’s busy she can’t come to me I have to go to her.I then went to this manager and told her the issue ,she said she would sort it out within 30 mins and that I can even wait…I could not because I needed to be at work so I left and went back after 3pm and I was told there’s nothing they can do. My account has been blocked for about 7 days now and no one is being helpful. I will be closing this account once I have access to the funds I have with Nedbank.How must one get by ?Im highly disappointed with the staff at Sandyok city/Nelson Mandela.
