FICA Restrictions

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted in the lack of efficiency I’ve received from Nedbank customer service as well as the branch located in pinecrest mall in resolving my FICA restriction on my 32 day account under Nedbank. It’s been more than half a year ever since, I’ve reached countless time, using an entire day trying to get assistance but they all give me the same response “it will be fixed within the next 48/72 hours” and still I find myself not able to withdraw my funds that I’ve invested in that account. I need those funds for family matters and I cannot do anything as I am in need of them,I urge you to find a way to amend this as it’s caused a huge inconvenience in my financial life
