FICA PROBLEM FOR 4 MONTH AND STILL NOT RESOLVED

nedbank has to be the worse bank ever. out of the blue i coudnt make any payment,transfer or buy airtime . i called the call center and was told i had to go to the bank for FICA. i was really surprised as i open this account in DEC 2018 . I went to the bank twice and problem not solved. i later spoke to 3 consultant who promise me that they will get someone to call me back to assist as it needed a FICA Helpdesk agent and til today i havent received any calls . NEDBANK SERVICE IS PATHETIC
