fica 'not older than 3m' needed for 2y deceased??

My 2 sisters and I opened a Trust account with Nedbank on 30 July 2014 with all of the required Fica documentation required. Less than 2 years later we are required to submit ALL these documents again for fica!? I can understand if a simple proof of address is required every couple of years but ALL of the 22 documents required? Nedbank is also requesting a proof of address that is not older than 3 months from my father who passed away 2 and a half years ago?! How do one get hold of a proof of address that is not older than 3 months from someone who has been dead for 2 and a half years? My sister tried to comply with these ridiculous requirements several times, but each time there is a new document 'outstanding'. I have emailed and spoke to the branch manager but to no avail. The person with whom we dealt with originally is not working at the branch anymore and no one seem to know what is needed or required. Up until now, we have received 6 different versions by Nedbank staff of what is 'required' to fica and unfreeze it, including the very rude and *********** branch manager of Nedbank Stellenbosch, Jolene. We have submitted form after form, but the account is still frozen!!
