FICA not done

My account had to be FICA'ed by Sandisa at the Nedbank Kuilsriver branch on the 15th November 2022. I have been emailing her ever since and no response at all. I tried to use my card last night and throw in petrol but I cannot. I am left stranded without my account and money at all. I called nontebeko who gave me a reference number and the complaint was logged. I cannot get to a branch because I do not have petrol to drive. I need this sorted by close of business today!!! I want the branch manager to call me!!!
