FICA hold on account

<p>i am utterly disgusted with the service my boyfriend has received, without even being notified his account was blcoked, fica documents were submitted at the pavillion brance on Sunday and we were advised on the phone by Siphiwe on Tuesday that the account should be updated by Thursday only to find out no documents have been sent. this is ridiculous, this is someone's hard earned money which they cannot even get to use in cases of an emergency.</p> <p> </p> <p>i want this sorted out urgently as this is flippen frustrating as who is not doing their job.</p> <p> </p> <p>thank you</p>
