FICA FIASKO

Business account frozen due to FICA. 29 March 18 - Business account was frozen without any notice. Month end, Easter Weekend. Nedbank call centre, branch manager, customer compliance - no one can help to release my account, which is still closed until today 7.4.18. All what you hear is, we working on it, we understand your frustration but nobody can make a decision. FICA seems to be a ghost at Nedbank, which has the power to freeze your account. What a nightmare and none of the managers can give an answer. Soon the mail will come, that Nedbank is working on it. This is unbelievable. I think, I'm in the wrong movie, but nothing happens.
