FICA blocked account but documents submitted numerous times

I opened a business account in April 2017 and provided all the required FICA documents. Then I received a call on 5 July 2017 from the Newtown Contact Centre saying that my account will be Frozen on 11 July 2017 due to pending FICA documents. I explained to the contact centre that I have already submitted all the required documents as it was required to open up the account. The contact centre agent told me that I need to go to my branch immediately and provide all the documents again otherwise the account will be frozen. I went to the branch within 30 minutes of that conversation and provided ALL the FICA documentation AGAIN.

After complying with all the processes Nedbank required of me, they failed to complete their own FICA process and now my business account has now been Frozen.

I explained to Nedbank that I will not be able to pay my employee's salaries or perform any other crucially important transactions with the account being Frozen, which will cause significant damage to my business.

I comp**** to all of Nedbank's requests and still my account was frozen.

I am appalled by the incompetence of the FICA department and their disregard for my business account as I have requested that the FICA department contact me personally to resolve this issue and they have blatantly refused to talk to me.

I want a representative from the FICA department to contact me immediately explaining to me why the process has not been completed, even after I have done everything they have required and have done so within their required timeframes. I want this representative to give me a commitment on when my account will be active.

Regards.
