FICA block lifted current account but credit card still blocked
My accounts were all blocked for FICA I managed to get the FICA done and my current account was unblocked, however my credit card is still blocked and I need to access my funds as I am traveling. I also need to move some funds back to my current account to cover my debit orders and mortgage payments and I can't.

26 Nov 2024, 20:20This month 2 weeks ago I got another FICA request barely 9 months from the last one. Went to Nedbank Fourways with ID had to do the FICA on my money app there. Was told all will be resolved by month end as there is a doc review queue. Month end now 2 weeks later my account is still blocked. This is the last time I trust Nedbank with my salary and fair banking etiquette as far as I am concerned. You can't be blocking my account anytime you feel like it and even when I did FiCA in March and gave you my doc's 2 weeks ago again.
