FICA and closing an account

We openend a Nedbank4Me/Youth account for my daughter on the internet. We received the email to say it's been approved & to go to the branch to collect the card & FICA.<br> In the same email, they state a cohabitation email will be needed but they do not provide you with this, meaning you have to go the branch to collect & go again after husband completed. So my husband wrote a letter stating that my daughter and I live with him.<br> <br> Branch told me they can't FICA the account, because of no cohabitation form, never mind that the letter from my husband gives all the relevant information. I also can't FICA the account, because my vehicle finance has never been FICA'd. I've had vehicle finance with MFC since 2012 - now 3 years later, they want to blame you for them not following their own procedures.<br> I then requested for the account to be closed - was told this can't be done. Call centre is also useless as they refer you to the branch who doesn't want to close the account.<br> <br> So this is simple, we refuse to open any more bank accounts with NEDBANK & need you to close this account. And no, I will not go into a f*cking branch to do this. <br> Call me to close the account & finalise this!!!
