FICA

Despite numerous contacts made with Nadiema Safter (Relationship Banker: Small Business Services), and the submission of FICA documents, the ability to transfer funds on my Trust account has been suspended. When last I made contact with her (early March) she agrred to revert back to me if any additional documents were required. Very poor service.
