FICA

NEDBANK sent me a message that I must bring FICA documents which I did. I got another message that i must bring FICA documents again, which I did two weeks ago. I received another message this time saying they will block my card. Which they did today. I went back to the branch in Lambton today. They want me to resubmit again the documents. Mind you I was at NEDBANK in Sunward park on Tuesday and I was told that they are off line.

How many times must a person submit FICA documents to a Bank?
