FICA

Last week on WedNESDAY 15th of July I went to Alberton to collect my cards ,when I got there I was told that my proof of address was 3 months older and I had to go back home to fetch another one ,before I left I asked why do they need the proof of res and I was told that for FICA.I returned to the bank with all the required documents as requested and I received my cards after everything was done ,Today 24 July I went to CAMPUS SQURE NEDBANK to withdraw money inside the bank and they could not help me as they said there is a block on my account , I have to resubmitt my documents for FICA ,really is this a kind of some joke ? How many times do I have to submitt documents for FICA this is ridiculous...so disappointed ,thinking of moving to another bank
