This ***** department is a joke, security is a joke. Online payments were done on my account but I’ve never authorised the payments nor even have my online feature enabled. The agents keep telling to wait for the investigation as it is still in progress, no feedback from them. I have to chase after them for my own money that was taken unauthorised. Pathetic customer service.
