Fees increasing balance on account

. I have not missed a payment since October 2014 when My arrangement was made. I have paid before the 30th of every month without fail. I see a lot of fees and additional charges in this spreadsheet which have no basis and of which I cannot justify. It would appear that this account will not close if the charges are not removed. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and would like to resolve this urgently. I cant even see balance after payments? I need a break down of how the accounting has been done in this regard.<br> <br> My simple maths tells me that 66k-25k is 41k.NOT 78k
