Fees Deductions

I have an Optimum Account for several years. Being a pensioner, I had to invest R10,000 ( Ten thousand Rands Only) to avoid any banking cost to this account)For safety reasons I prefer not to supply my account number For the past years, Nedbank is deducting "Instandhoudings" (Maintenance) fee as including other fees. In a telephonic conversation with my daughter, the representative of the bank did acknowledge their mistake. The committed themselves to re-imburs this account. To date, they continue to deduct the fees without any re-imbur*****t Will you please assist me in in this matter. Regards
