Feeling desperately 😭😭

I was trying to apply an srd R350 grant and my application was unsuccessful due to nedbank from A case which I don't know i tried reporting that I became an identity theft long time ago and now I'm struggling to earn my R350 im not working right now and I'm hungry I don't know how to remove this
