Had an account with the bank since 2015, lost my job 2018, fast forward 2021 I got a job and wanted to use the same account and was told the account was no longer active and I couldn't use it... I have been visiting nedbank annually for a stamp to confirm I do not have an account with them and this was for my children's school fees subsidy and my recent visit was in Kraaifontein branch on the 15th May for a stamp to confirm I do not have an account with Nedbank. Yesterday I was shocked to learn my tax returns was deposited into the same account that I was told i no longer have and all the money I received from SARS went into Nedbank and I really feel I am being ****** by this bank. And the explanation I got from the consultant is that I owed the bank so now the bank has paid its self .
