Feel like i made the worst mistake

I recently opened an account with Nedbank, and only collected my cards 3 days ago. I transferred money into my account and money was just taken out without my consent. I have logged a complaint and even emailed CEO but no one seems interested to get back to me. I'm now out of pocket and they just don't care.
