Feeding lies

I was told by the agent that my active warranty plan does cover me for the brakes and discs. He even placed me on hold to make sure and came back to confirm it once again.

So now I need to claim for this and I am being refused? You are welcome to retrieve the call on your side too. I called from my number on 29/10/2020 to ***. I urgently need this claim to be completed as I was told that I am covered for the brakes and discs.
