Fed up with nedbank incompetency

I pay my nedbank personal loan every month on the 20th by debit order. Just received a call that was supposed to be a courtesy call, and to thabk me for paying my accou t every month. After that received a message stating i am overdue on my personal loan. What the hell is the problem here? Is nedbank this *********** to send messages to customers paying everymonth by debit order?
