Fed-up with Nedbank

I had written about Nedbank before. I have not changed my mind about them. They are blaming me for money ****** from my account. How can I ***** my own money and complain? Even the customer relations manager was not of any help, I had to keep on calling them to hear what's happening. Let me take change to another bank which will appreciate my business
