Fed up with nedbank

I received 574 otps over over two days when not even transacting I went to bank kept their for an hour left my phone with the bank manager. Next day Saturday no call returned to bank and they eventually found my phone in the managers draw another hour plus petrol plus my time. No explanation ever given to me. I want my professional rate paid to me for the inconvenience and at least disclosure if what happened. They want to give me green backs which my a count dies not give and I don't want. Removed my account because the manager is also very ***********. R Snead
