Fed Up with Empty Promises

Try to make a withdrawal on sunday the 1st September, the ATM errored and I only got a portion of the money I needed. I logged the fault and was told within 4 days the issue would be resolved. Called today the 5th and got told nothing has been done yet and it will be escalated to the manager. Im supposed to pay rent TODAY but cannot do so due to their ATM errorring. Im fed up. Been with them for more than 12 years and this is the service I get. Pathetic.!!! Im closing my accounts and spreading the word
