Fed up unsatisfied customer

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from Mfc a division of Nedbank they've debit my bank account twice on the 25th Jan 23 For a payment towards my car,I called them numerous times even emailed them and I was promised that my money will reflect in my bank on Wednesday 01 Feb 23 till today my money is still not in my bank they keep giving me stories
