Fed Up Customer

I requested My Stop Order Out To A Capitec Account,Now Its Close To 2 Months Without My Money ,I Have Been Calling And Going In And Out Of There Branch ,They Say The Money Disappeared I Must Wait For Another 6 Days So That They Will Search For It ,Now I'm Fed up Of this Bank ..I'm now Suffering Taking Money From People While I Have Enough Cash In My Account
