Fed up business customer

Its has taken over a month to open a business account at nedbank which is still not open. I have logged a complaint with the complaints department and still no progress. My banker never gives any feedback unless i ask. There is an i dont care attitude.I recieved only a reciept of the compaint ref ***7 5 days ago after logging 7days ago on the 1september and still nothing. I am truly disappointed in the service at this bank.
