FEC quote, no contact details and noone knows how to help

Please can someone contact me or help me. I am trying to get a quote for an FEC for a business that has a nedbank account. I have been transferred many times and asked to call 6 different numbers for help. CAN ANYONE AT NEDBANK PLEASE HELP ME TO GET A QUOTE ON AN FEC. i even had to explain what an FEC was to one of your consultants. WHAT IS THE CONTACT NUMBER??????????
