Faulty POS unit. No feedback

Have purchased a new Android POS unit which was delivered in a timeless manner. But the unit is unfortunately faulty and I'm getting no feedback from Nedbank Merchant service's. A waste of money and am sitting for 2 weeks with an unusable machine. Shocking service to there business clients.
