Faulty Nedbank Atm

The nedbank machine was being loaded while I was in the queue. Right after I went to withdrew R4000 but only R1000 came out. I called the call center and provided the atm number and I was told it will take 4 days to investigate. It's not my fault your atms were faulty so why must I wait so long for my money because I needed today!!!
