Faulty Internet Bank Service and *********** Call Center Assistants

I made a transaction of transfering money to one of my Nedbank Beneficiaries on 31/12/2016 in the evening. I received an sms notification that the transaction has been paid and the money was deducted out of my available balance. On the 01/01/2017 i followed up to see if the person recieved the money transferred and theh person had not even though the person is also Nedbank. On the 31/12/2016 the money had shown that it has been deducted and on the 01/01/2017 it also appears as a payment when i take a look at the payments made to beneficiaries. It does not show under pending transactions. On 01/01/2017 i fouund that my available amount in my account was more than the previous day. Hhowever nedbank statement updates are delayed so transactions of incoming ot outgoing does not reflect on the statement. I then phoned the customer care line to follow up why the person did not receive the funds. They explained that the money did go through however the person will only receive it the following day. The very RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL lady by the name of Nokuthuia then told me that i will be overdrawn as i used money in my account. however according to the process i followed the money was deducted.

I used R50 airtime to make this phonecall adn she was speaking over me when i wqas trying to ask questions and unable to confirm anything!!! I nam absolutely appaulled by this and became very upset. I spent 20minutes on the phhone and used all my airtime due to a faulty system.

The staff needs to be more competent. The money does not reflect being reversed! So now that i used money this morning the lady said that i will become overdrawn. Even though when the transaction went off yesterday it subtracted from the available balance. So now what am i supposed to do!!!
