FATCA/CIS

I was sent an email by NEDBANK that I had to register online for FATC/CIS before 28.2.18 or my name would be sent to SARS as non-compliant. I tried to register at Nedbank online, but could not find my correct address details, so registration was not possible. Sent an email to their support-email - no reply - tried to phone - disconnected! I am trying to do my citizens duty in order to get more revenue for SARS, but incorrect or insufficient data wont let me do so, and being ignored by the bank who wants the details in the first place is not helpful either! Why ist it, that everytime I need action from Nedbank I have to got through Hellopeter?????
