Fantastic Service

Had fantastic service from Pranilla Vishnupersadh at Nedbank Woodmead.

My credit card expired in February and i visited the Nedbank Florida branch to be told that they have not received my credit card. I was told that this branch was busy being converted into an Express branch.

I requested that the credit card be sent to the Woodmead branch.

On the 13 March, I went to the Woodmead branch and waited in the queue when I was assisted by the branch manager - Pranilla Vishnupersadh.

She checked the system and advised that the credit card had still not been delievered to the branch. She also advised that she will personally follow up and get back to me.

About 30 minutes after leaving the branch, I received a call from Pranilla who confirmed that the credit card had been delivered to the branch.

I then later went to the branch to collect the card and whilst I was in the queue for card collections... Pranilla then again assisted me and issued me with the card.

Panilla Vishnupersadh is a real asset to Nedbank and goes the extra mile for her clients.

In my current company, I measure customer service daily amongst my client branches and it is refreshing to see that there are still people out there and value customer service and place their customers first.

A big Kudos to Pranilla.
