FANTASTIC SERVICE

I needed to open a bank account for my son, so went to a branch on my current bank. However the attitude and lack of interest in helping me made me walk out and go next door to Nedbank. Here I was assisted by a friendly staff member who asked me to take a seat and checked with a consultant as to whether they would be able to assist with the documentation I had. They said they would be able to assist. Rashaad then assisted me. What a pleasure to be greeted by someone who prides himself in service. Firstly he calmed me down, resolved my problem, going out of his way to assist. I would highly recommend him. Thank you Rashaad.
